4000 Years of Women in Science Brief biographical profiles and photographs of over 100 women with accomplishments in the fields of science and technology.
Astronaut Biographies NASA's site provides extensive biographies of current and former astronauts along with payload specialists and astronauts in training.
Authors and Books Scholastic.com provides biographical information on a great number of children and young adult authors.
Biographies, The Scientists Brief biographies of a wide variety of scientists which are listed in alphabetical order.  Some of the listings, such as Einstein, Copernicus, and Darwin link to detailed biographies. 
Biographies of Women Mathematicians Biographical profiles of women mathematicians which are part of an on-going project by students at Agnes Scott College, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Computer History Collection Interviews The Smithsonian National Museum of American History provides interviews with leaders of the computer industry.  Some of the people interviewed are Marc Andressen from Netscape, Bill Gates, and Don Wetzel, the inventor of the ATM.  These interviews are part of the Museum's Computer History Collection.
Eric Weisstein's Treasure Trove of Scientific Biography An awarding winning site for biographical information on scientists written by an internet encyclopedist.
Faces of Science:  African Americans in the Sciences Mitchell C. Brown presents detailed profiles of African American chemists, biologists, inventors, engineers, and mathematicians.  The profiles include biographical and professional information and bibliographies which include websites.

MacTutor History of Mathematics Archive from the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, comes an extensive site with biographies of over a thousand mathematicians.  Use the Biographies Index and try out the Mathematicians of the Day.  There is also a History Topics Index to let you explore more about your mathematician's theories and ideas.
