The Ancient City of Athens/Indiana State University a collection of photographs of the architectural remains of ancient Athens from Kevin T. Glowacki and Nancy L. Klein of the Department of Classical Studies at Indiana University.
Ancient Greece a student developed Thinkquest site from 1998 which provides information on the myths, wars, language, people, sports, and cities of Ancient Greece.  The information on the  Peloponnesian War. Sparta, and philosophy will be particularly useful.
Ancient Greece  from Washington State University's world civilizations website for its online course Tradition and Memory:  World Civilizations to 1500.  The material covers the history, culture, religion and includes an atlas.  You can find information on Sparta, The Persian Wars, Athens, Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Greek drama and architecture
Ancient Greece  Eric Rymer, a World History Teacher in the Ohio public schools since 1996, has information on daily life, military, travel, math and science, the Olympics, and Sparta and more.
 
The Ancient Greek World an online exhibit from the University of Pennsylvania Museum.  Information is provided on the homes, women's clothing, men's schooling, warfare, weapons, coinage, religion, Olympics, death, pottery, etc.
Ancientgreece.com  presents easy to understand information on art and architecture, people, mythology, geography, history, Olympics, wars.  Each explanation is accompanied by links to other sites for additional information.
Ancient World an online textbook by Frank Smitha.  Try the chapter Hellenistic Civilization, to 200 BCD. 
Athens vs. Sparta: Similar Yet Different an article from Social Studies for Kids which compares and contrasts the life and culture of Athens and Sparta. 
BBC Schools - Landmarks Ancient Greece a guide to Athens, Olympia, Corinth in Ancient Greece from the British Broadcasting Corporation.  This easy to use site also includes a timeline and a glossary.
Cybermuseum Jay D’Ambrosio, from the Seneca Valley School District in Harmony, Pennsylvania, has a site with information on the Minoans, the Myceneans, and Classical Greece. Click on Ancient Greece Links to get to other sites.
