and active lifestyles for people of all ages. The site features information
about programs for youth and adults, activity logs, and activity ideas
and tools. There is a downloadable fitness handbook, and links to information

Everett Koop, a former Surgeon General of the U.S. established this site
which focuses on decreasing obesity and stresses simple changes in diet
and exercise habits that easily acquired. The Cyberkitchen helps you balance
meals with physical activity. You can determine where your weight is by
getting your Body Mass Index at the BMI Center. Then you can go on to determine
your fitness level and suggested physical activities. |

nutrition and fitness for kids from 9-15 years. |
